DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PRESETS)

All digital products sold on KARLOCLICKS (including Lightroom presets, Photoguides and downloadable content) are delivered instantly after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you agree to:

  • Immediate access to digital content
  • Waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law

Therefore, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues (e.g., file corruption, download issues), please contact me at karloclicks@gmail.com and I will assist you.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PRINTS & BOOKS)

For physical items, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the case and offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (if applicable)
